DescriptionThe sticks are carved and pierced ivory in a floral design, gilded in places. The end sticks have a carved figure on the top part of each stick. The leaf is paper painted with a pastoral scene: Five figures with sheep stand by a well, one taking the covering off the well. The fan has a border of flowers across the top and sides. The back has a single female figure seated on a rock. Across the top is a gold leaf border.
