DescriptionA small, mustard-colored, cotton mat, ovoid in shape, made of two pieced crudely whipstitched together. Each is individually hemmed and partially lined in ecru-colored cotton Mat is embroidered in cream, orange, and dark blue sik thread to form a geometric pattern in chain and satin stitch. Function of these mats remains a mystery. Note: There are a total of seven of these mats in the Conger collection.On View
