DescriptionRoyal blue skirt is rather bell-shaped - slightly pleated and also gathered from waistband. Center front panel has shined, puffed, and gathered self-fabric and two more panels on each side of center one have diagonal pleats and again the puffed and ruffled fabric which forms a border on the hem and goes around the back and around the other side; judging from the green paper napkin in the hidden back pocket the skirt may have been worn "recently" (?).On View
