DescriptionAfternoon or ball dress in three pieces consisting of one skirt and two bodices.  Made of pale blue silk trimmed with matching silk sating ribbon with scalloped edges.  Afternoon bodice has three-quarter length pagoda sleeves, edged in ruched scalloped ribbon.  The front of the bodice is trimed with three rows of scalloped ribbon extending from the shoulder seam to the pointed waistline seam, supported by a layer of silk-fabric bias strips.  The bodice has a plain jewel neckline.  It is fully boned, and lined with white glazed cotton.  It closes with books and eyes at the center front.On View
