The central medallion is largest, takes up half of the leaf; in it a woman is holding two arrows towards a seated old man. The man may be a blacksmith, the building or cave behind him has a fire and he holds tools. The medallion on the left shows a man carrying a basket with some objects in it. The right shows a man walking with a stick with a box on his back. The medallions are enclosed with scrolls and shells. Between the medallions are animals, on the left a cat, the right a dog. The back of the leaf in a small medallion shows a man standing by a body of water; to each side of the scene are flowers.
