DescriptionTwo-piece wedding dress of pink/blue/green plaid silk. The skirt is ruched, with a double row of inverted box pleats at the hemline. The panels which appear to be an overskirt in the front are caught up to form the bustle in back. The bodice is tightly fitted, with a row of steel buttons down the center front, a small standing collar, and lace at the wrists. The back is french seamed, the bottom slightly caught up at the center to complement the bustle. It is trimmed with a bow and hanging pleated strips at the center. The entire dress is lined brown cotton cambric, with stiffening and cording at the hem.On View
