DescriptionTwo-piece, off-white linen suit, trimmed with brown cotton bias stripe. Skirt has deep cased flounce at hemline with brown cotton strip above it and finishing its hem. Hem of skirt stiffened and bound with brown wool twill tape. Skirt fastens with a button at center back of waistband. Back section of skirt on a drawstring to be drawn in and tied around waist. Jacket falls free in front, fitted in back. Bottom edge of jacket and sleeves have edged ruffles. edged in brown cotton. High neck has double ruffle edged in brown cotton. Patch pockets on front. More cotton strips for trim on front and back. Jacket is unlined, as is skirt, and closes with Mother of Pearl buttons down the center front.On View
